Sales Statement - View Our Description Details
This page contains the full address of the property, it lets interested a parties know whether the house is leasehold, freehold, registered with the Land registry or not. Whether or not it will be sold with vacant possession, who is selling the house (Owner, representative etc)
Land Registry Title & Plan - View Our Description Details
The official registers tells the buyer that the seller owns the house and the title plan shows the boundaries of the house.
Where the house is not registered with the Land Registry , then an official certificate of the search of the index map must be included.
Energy Performance Certificate - View Our Description Details
This tells the buyer how energy efficient a house is. Houses are rated between A-G. A being the most efficient. It also states the impact the house has on the environment.
Local Authority Searches - View Our Description Details
A set of Information held on the local authority register telling the buyer whether or not there are any limitations or factors that may effect or affect the property.
Drainage and Water Searches - View Our Description Details
This documents the type of services provided by your local water authority. Who they are, address details and the locations of the pipes servicing your home.
